His role involves in overseeing the entire spectrum of the admin and human resources functions. Prateek is actively involved in planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating the policies, activities, and staff. He ensures that legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy are adhered to.

Captain M P Sivan is an Indian Army, Infantry Officer from the Sikh Regiment and a retired Deputy General Manager (DGM) and Chief Security Officer (CSO) Pan India in various Security verticals. Additionally, he has varied experiences in India and abroad in the field of Administration, Public Relations, Facility Management, Hotel Industry, and Mega Global Construction Companies.
